Refund policy

Products:
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you have any concerns about the quality of your purchases, please email us within 7 days of receiving your products so that we can assist with resolving any issues. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of body care products. 

Classes:
Due to the very small numbers in our classes, we are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for classes or decide at a later date after booking that that they do not want to attend. You may request to reschedule your place if you give at least 7 days' notice before the class you are booked into. Alternatively, you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
