Champagne Candle Workshop - 30 November 2024 (3pm - 5pm)

Calling all champagne lovers - here's a candle workshop with a difference! In our first ever Champagne Candle Workshop, you will be making 3 large candles to keep for yourself or make someone else very happy with such a special gift. Or keep 1, give 2? You will choose from a range of premium champagne bottles that have been professionally cut and polished. Believe me when I say it is not easy to DIY cut a champagne bottle with its very thick curved glass, so I paid someone to do it properly. Some of the maisons include Krug, Selosse, Ruinart, Dom Perignon, Pol Roger and more.

As the candles are very large (on average 600g+ wax each) you may need to leave your candles to collect on another day to allow the wax to set. However, let us know if you prefer to take them with you, and we'll make it happen. Join us for this soothing candlemaking experience AND get a few Christmas gifts sorted at the same time. The workshop will take place in the training rooms of CBD College Pty Ltd, 10 Quay St, Haymarket. They are an RTO that offers government accredited courses in Barista, RSA, RCG, First Aid, White card and TAE. It is a short walk from Central Station, and the Sydney Light Rail.
